     Stridel is an exclusive high fashion modeling agency. In Stridel Modeling Agency, we focus mainly on photoshoots, fashion shows and promotions. We are a dynamic team that also love to hangout and have fun. In Stridel, we work on a spontaneous schedule, rather than planned wich is why we like to have flexible models.

To work at Stridel

​

Steps:

 

1. Read the terms and conditions (what you are reading now) and see if you have all the requirements to apply.

 

2. Fill out the application form here.

​

3. The interview: If you fit the requirements, a manager will get in contact with you and book the interview with you. Pease note that you will not be contacted if the application is rejected.

​

Requirements:

 

For everyone:

​

1. Must have an account that is at least 1 year old on IMVU

2. A unique face and style!!! Stridel is an exclusive high fashion agency who encourage uniqueness and we despise commonality and basicness

3. Must be able to play on PC and mobile. The PC version has to be the old IMVU version because the BETA (Macbook version) does not give the full model experience

4. Must have discord, to join the Stridel group chat if hired

5. Having an IMVU insta is highly recommended

6. Must be 16+ in real life

People we are looking for:

​

1. People with potential, in appearance, personality ect

2. You can be smoking hot, but if you have an unpleasant personality (rude, dramatic, etc) we will not accept you

3. We like unique looking avatars &

4. We love fun and dynamic personalities

5. We don't hire kids

 

Training

​

     Training to be a model in Stridel is a 5 day process. This is for the staff to be able to evaluate you before making the final decision of officially hiring you or not. Everyone applying and passing the interviews or being recruited, will be a Stridel trainee for 5 days. We will give classes on street & high fashion, efficient shopping, photoshoot and runway procedures and then evaluate  you based on that. The manager will send you your training schedule in details by inbox.

 

Training works around your schedule, which means you can inbox the managers once you're both online to meet up for training. However, if the manager does not show up at all and/or was offline,  you won't lose points. If you see the manager online, you can politely message them that you are ready to do your training.

The 5 day period is also the time you have to individually prepare and make your 3 looks. You can prepare them with things you already own or you can shop for them. If you dont own anything good to make your looks and you cant buy new looks in shop, you can save them in shop, and show us there. You could also take pics by screenshotting your screen and show us by uploading them into an album. The pictures must be a full avi body pic and show your outfits properly. The 3 looks can not be outfits that we've already seen before. We also suggest that you look at our instagram for inspiration for your looks.

Postpone/Cancellation of your training

 

If for some reasons you must pause or quit your 5 day training, simply let one of the managers know and your training process will be postponed or cancelled.

 

Your training may get cancelled if:

 

1. You start drama during your training

2. You don't get along with the staff and/or leave them a bad first impression

3. You don't respect the room's rules

4. Your account gets disabled/hacked

5. Sexual harrasment

6. Other unwanted behaviors

Rules for the Stridel Rooms (Everyone)

​

1. No purposely starting drama

2. No sex &/or public sexting

3. We are not strict about kbs but do not exagerate

4. No asking for credits/gift begging

5. Be respectful

Rules for Staff

​​​

1. Don't start too much drama; yes, drama happens sometimes. But if it's all the time by the same person, that person will most likely get fired

2. Looking nooby or having bad sens of style. Seriously. If you walk around Stridel looking like a noob, wearing no avatar and/or have really bad sense of style, you will get fired if you don't change or improve your look

3. You can use voice boxes but they have to not be too annoying and with moderation.

4. Please inform Lohpine if you need a hiatus from Stridel/IMVU. We understand that real life realities such as school, work, mental health and unexpected situations etc. can come in the way of our virtual model activities. Its completely okay if you need a long break to focus on real life but please inform Lohpine that you will be away for some time and dont just suddendly disappear. Because we will assume that you are just innactive and might get fired if no updates.

5. ABSOLUTELY NO CATFISHING, which means do not pretend you are someone you're not. To put it explicitly; if you want to keep things related to your real life private, that's fine. However, if you do want to share, it better be real. We don't judge. Stridel is a family and we want to be able to trust each other.  Just don't pretend you're someone you're not. Also do not lie about your age. We are very good at detecting catfishes so DO NOT try us. Anyone that gets caught catfishing gets fired on the spot.

Your Contract

 

By joining Stridel you agree to:

​

1. Do revealing photoshoots and have romantic and sensual themed photoshoots with other staff unless truly against values 

2. Have pictures of you taken, edited and added on the Stridel website and IMVU album (please know that even if you quit or get fired, your pics and name might still be on the stridel website and album unless you ask for them to be removed)

3. Respect all the room's rules

4. Take knowledge of the Stridel terms and conditions regularly &

5. Respect everything in it
